Yesterday I was at Walmart and thought I should pick up some NyQuil just in case I get a cold or coronavirus, or just want to get hosed up on NyQuil. I've waited too long. I like that there's still plenty of Buckley's. That "It tastes awful but it works" advertising campaign was a real winner.

Not tons no but symptoms for stuff and risk of infection changes in severity dependent on age for just about every disease so it's not some super crazy thing either.
