Italy had 49 coronavirus virus deaths in 24h. Which means it now officially kills more than the regular flu per day, regardless of the number of infected. I wish I could shove this statistics in the face of every idiots claiming it is killing less than the flu, but I know they will still reply with some incredibly dumb maths on how the flu still killed more people in 2020 or something equally moronic. Anyway tomorrow I'm going to go skiing for a week a few kms away from the Italian borders. Can't wait to come back to infect all the roni deniers

There's been some infections in my city, major tourist city in the UK, and around town today no-one really seemed to care. Some chinese students wearing masks, but otherwise you'd never guess anything was wrong. Supermarkets are out of ibuprofen, and low on soup, but plenty of bog roll. Even a decent amount of hand sanitiser. Truly, we are a wealthy nation.

i went to the hospital the other day and every medical pro asked with subtlety about corona symptoms, i can only think of at least 1 infected in my city tho i havent really investigated it i thought i was having a heart attack. i wasnt! but the whole process only took a few hours and i got a little bit of oxycodone for my troubles. 10mg of that doesnt do a lot with my tolerance but i wasnt too concerned about the heart/arm pain itself, just what it may represent my temperature, breathing, etc all got checked multiple times so theyre doing an ok job of looking for it. i assume if i had the symptoms theyd whip out the actual test kit as of 2 days ago australia has 2 deaths, in my brief search i didnt find an infected count dangle 4 days fucked around with this message at 00:31 on Mar 7, 2020 |
