At least this will be an easy fix (he said, naively).

I am nearing the end of my water damage repair drama. Water damage loving sucks.

This week I'm ordering a Moen Flo, which is a main shutoff valve that ultrasonically measures water flow and monitors usage and will automatically shut down the water system if a leak is detected. $400, but cheap insurance.

Ribs turned out pretty okay. Still waiting on the verdict on the brisket.
I stupidly decided to separate the point and flat and trim off literally all the fat in the quest for the perfect bark before I realized that nobody is even going to eat this but me.
I usually just eat myself sick and then turn the leftovers into ramen or whatever but this probably won't work for that because of the lack of fat and how it was cooked and my wife doesn't like brisket and I can't share it with anyone because of this loving quarantine and gently caress.
I guess I'm gonna get out the ice melt salt and flash freeze vacuumed sealed bags of burnt ends for like a lifetime's supply of lunches...

That’s some good lookin Q. Briskets can be tricky. I’ve ruined a couple and it sucks so bad.

So as we were sitting down for dinner I heard something outside with a meaty exhaust and it wasn’t exactly recognizable. I peeked through the window in time to see my friends air cooled guards red targa pulling away. I texted him and was like did I just hear a flat six roaring away? He said yeah. He then posted on Facebook and tagged me with the point of social distancing by posting a pic with a friends car, not knocking on the door or anything and then driving off.

I think I’m gonna start doing the same and dropping off a beverage or something. It was so hilarious and random.

So I think most of you guys know I live in the Tampa Bay area, which is the home of Big Cat Rescue. Well the caretaker for my mother in law is a big cat fanatic and knows almost everyone in the show personally, and was very good friends with Carole Baskin's late husband Don Lewis. She was actually the person that went to the Tampa courthouse to pick up the restraining order on Carole for him.....She said that there is no doubt in her mind that Carole killed her husband.

When she told all of this to my wife we were like :stare: I knew she was really into big cats but had no idea.

In 1992 on April 1st it was 19.9*c

My predictions from the 12th were... Well, if today is exactly like yesterday caseload wise, I'll be within 500 of the official count, my prediction was 160k.

My dipshit contrarian Trump supporting boss from 2011-2012, who I keep on my Facebook for comedic purposes, made a stupid post a few weeks ago claiming it was a big nothing and that no one would be able to prove otherwise due to lack of comparable data. He also stated he didn't believe in global warming for the same reason (which I've known since at least a decade ago, since I used to agree with him on that.) I can't *wait* to bring that up when we blow past his incorrect predictions and line up exactly with mine.

Do NOT make me feel guilty about this. I like to think I'd look at them again some day, but the reality was about 1/8" of dust.
I need to see if there are digital collections of the car mags available, then I can dump the dead trees that take up an amazing amount of space.
