The UK gov is insisting things will get better by like April 18th or something. I have no idea why they insist on lying in a way that's just gonna make themselves look bad. I have a bean question. I have been soaking a mix of black beans, pinto beans and red kidney beans for most of the day and they've softened a bit but I'm not sure how soft they need to be before they're ready to cook with?

I mean, I squatted in a house in LA for many extra months pending eviction, months after all my housemates had already left, because the landlord wanted to let the house foreclose and go up for sale as part of an elaborate grift. No police ever came to bother me, but I'm not black either so

I have two months left on my lease and I’m honestly pretty flushed with cash right now. I already moved back in my moms house to help the family out and she snapped at me for admitting that I paid my April rent and was planning to pay May’s before I stiffed out on the last month and now the thread is making me feel even worse (I live in Alberta)
