I'm not really sure, he contorts himself a little and pretends to be a wolf. I suppose some of the motions he makes might look like someone with a muscular disorder or something . Or his entire way of speaking in the video might be construed as mocking mental disabilities. I know a decade or so ago I'd probably have used an ableist slur to describe him.

The Chief bonks out and snores loud enough to interfere with low-flying aircraft after a single can of Fancy Feast (ocean whitefish and tuna pate or nothing, bitches) and that's without additives.
