It looks like a bad joke comic but that one guy bought the physical book It's funny in an ironic way, but I think if you read the first strip and you don't laugh, that's pretty much the joke and the strip just builds off of it and I doubt any of the later strips will change your mind. I liked it but there's very few people I would recommend it to.

Unless I'm missing  it's actually named for the comic Cerebus. Cerberus syndrome would involve a three-headed dog, or possibly be some alternate form of Mandela Syndrome, where people believe Cerberus is Cerebus.
