after weighing the multiple pieces of evidence against one another i have come to a fair and balanced conclusion: this sequel to a hit PS3 game the last of us is a let down and a failed attempt to re-catch lightning in a bottle, AND everyone who has been madposting in this thread should be chemically castrated. thank you

It is funny that ND rescheduled the release for Juneteenth (though they cant be blamed for not guessing a Texas date would stick) Thinkin about how many white people will be at home having a transformative experience and gaining a deep sense of the world and themselves by sneaking around killing people and dogs...

I want to personally thank Neil Druckmann for some of the best entertainment in the comment sections from some forums due to the launch of this title. I am going to get at least 25 hours of read time and will probably need oxygen with tears in my eyes from laughing, and I only had to pay ten bucks in 2002.

Do you know what happens when profits are "not as good as they were last year" Not bad, not non-existent, just lesser? They cut all the people who did the hard work and are 'replaceable' while the executives all sit around and give themselves a raise. There has been very very few cases where this didn't happen, and that'd be Iwata when the 3DS and Wii U didn't hit sales projections, he and other Nintendo executives took the blame on themselves and cut their wages down by around 50%. Which is still a heckuva lot of money, but there's very, VERY few instances of rich executives being willing to shoulder the blame of gently caress ups, or not even gently caress ups, "didn't meet unreasonable projections" even.

Druckmann's game, which is getting terrible reviews, is a compilation of misery porn and cliches, all intended to make Gamers look bad. Many of the ridiculous scenes in the game are very cringe, the cringiest things I've ever seen. He should get fired like the sick puppy he is!
