Terrible example aside, there's nothing there you can't do within Premiere, which I use for all editing, color correction/grading, some light audio stuff (more advanced audio stuff will be done in Izotope usually in my case). But in Premiere I'd still be on it to get even to that lovely result, AfterFX has more suited tools for video fuckery of this kind. If you don't want to pay for an Adobe CC license or  ain't your thing, there are respectable open source solutions out there for editing. I don't personally have experience with them, but there's probably open source AfterFX clones out there too. I believe Blender has such a gigantic feature set that it does include compositing and VFX tools.There's probably a poo poo load of tutorials down that path before you have a sense of what you're doing if it's your first time videotouching but the results and the fun you can have along the way are worth it.
