More retro gaming: This seems like a legit 8bitdo controller once I got it in my hands. Very nice quality. I went with the RF version as this is only for my MegaDrive setup. The bluetooth edition will work with PCs etc.  Because having a Super UFO Floppy Disk reader on my SNES isn't enough:

When the ability to teach history was reinstated, our boss charged his secretary with using a black marker to hide a Tienanmen mention in all the new books. Secretary isn't stupid and asks the foreigners to explain why she has to keep marking out this single sentence. They weren't stupid so they told her they couldn't say anything about it, but that if she looked it up, she should use a VPN. Dunno how it resolved, but I thought it was kind of funny at the time.

What's happening with all those similar looking keyboards is they just use the same keycaps. You can just pop them off and replace them if you're not into the 2005 forum signature aesthetic but even a bargain set of keycaps tends to cost >$20.
