I watched this guy's reaction which contained the entirety of Vaush's video sped up by a lot and the stumbling block he keeps coming to is comparing the (flawed yet sympathetic) Labor of Marx & Lenin's day to the American Democratic Party of today, which is explicitly hostile to labor and hell-bent on rooting out any socialist sympathies in its ranks. Yes, the left should invest at least nominally in electorialism that improves our conditions and acts as an on-ramp to radicalizing others...that's what Bernie was. A compromise. Supporting Biden in Vaush's example would be like the working class trying to stave off the return of feudalism by supporting a different yet equally evil monarch's claim to the throne. There, you no longer need to be curious. He's just grossly overestimating the left sympathies of the democrats and ignoring that people like Biden create the conditions that people like Trump capitalize on.

That’s true, their entire worldview is essentially that they birthed Millenials to be little versions of themselves and that’s why they are so disappointed in us... but we received none of the benefits or economic freebies they got, so we are doubly entitled and doubly deprived, which is why we, as a generation, stopped loving and started killing ourselves in record numbers.
