I wouldn't try streaming QBs like you can in redraft though. I think the sweet spot is having one veteran starter and one younger guy with potential. QB careers are so long that once you hit on a guy you are really better served having more RB/WR lottery tickets on your bench.

I get your point, but to me the entire point of dynasty is accumulating assets. I just missed out on Lamar Jackson two years ago. If I had gotten him AND Mahomes, I am in a great position to win. I'm not saying Lock is gonna be that guy, but he's young enough and shown enough flashes that he could be trade worthy later.
