No. It's pretty clear from the "statement" that WWE feels like they can cancel third party relationships at any time and would do so if someone dropped a big bag of money on them for the exclusivity to their platform.

There's no way the wrestlers back down from this. Especially with an extremely viable competitor to go to. Even then, people might even take their chances on Impact and/or the indies while continuing to earn income from Twitch/Cameo. Vince is loving insane.
