They'll still be multiplatform, MS won't ignore half a console market. (ballsy if they do) Xbox will just get a day early release or something, early DLC or other exclusives.

They also went out of thier way to make sure the Xbox One version of Skyrim still had mod support, although it was pretty limited due to no SKSE but still.

This seems pretty explicitly like a bad thing and is another step in a troubling direction for the industry. John Gonzalez, the main writer for New Vegas, has just wrapped work on Horizon 2 and is now with some startup Spanish developer. Chris Avellone is posting some rant on RPG Codex probably. So at the very least they won't be available for NV2.
