If your heart is true you can support Barca, even though their board is criminally incompetent. Previous scandals include hiring a PR firm to slander their own players, buying and transporting black market organs, human trafficking, and indirectly forcing their players to pay support staff during Covid. Alternatively, if you laugh at the disabled and think there “are very fine people on both sides” you can support Real Madrid. They won the league last year but like all the Liverpool posters told me, “last year didn’t really count.”Atletico is also good, but this will be my 5th year of saying they really improved and them still finishing 3rd. Bilbao is a cool team, but mostly because I went to a game there and they only sold ham sandwiches. Betis is good for high scoring games. I forgot where I read it but someone said joining the super League is insurance against getting punitively getting kicked out of La Liga if Catalonia ever achieves Independence. Doesn't seem like a likely thing anytime soon , and they probably would've joined even if there was a guarantee of them staying in La Liga, but it might give them cover or help if this goes to a vote.
