People have already dogged on most of this, but the title of "head of state who has been infected with COVID-19" is one he shares with Bolsonaro and Boris Johnson. I haven't looked at any corona stats from Brazil, but I am still confident stating that anyone capable of pattern recognition would not make this argument.
