Churches and private charities can discriminate, of course, which is half the entire point. The endgame here is to return the status quo to the pre-New Deal era, when the federal government had little to do with your day-to-day life and the states were essentially fiefdoms that were operated by the rich and powerful as they saw fit. and we're getting there fast.
