Really annoying to come back to thread to find y’all hammered already, but oh well. I do want to reread in light of both flips also, will try to do that shortly. I was one post away from accidental lurker death yesterday due to the early hammer so I’m going to both try to contribute more and also break up some of my thoughts a little more just in case you guys get crazy again.
