I don't really know how the decryption process works, but I imagine it might be limited by how much it can process per second more than just how fast your write speed is. it's been up to 100MB/s a couple of times. I guess if I shut down one of my 3 10+ tab Chrome windows it might go a bit faster.

Hmm maybe if I got accept the ToS on my local PC that will do the trick... Anyway once the kids are in bed I'm just jacking in the ethernet to this computer. So I can live with a little wait, since I can't really play this around them.

Yall complaining about steams release cycle act like you've never done this before. 1) If it's not patching and it should, restart steam 2) If the patch shows high disk usage but no network usage, it's decrypting - lol if you're on a traditional HDD and I'll see you in 5-10 hours 3) Patch your video card drivers.
