If reading a cbr export the page Use the windows clip to just grab a panel Right click save then upload to imgur if reading on a scan site Use the page share function on my tablet app

I'm working through Alan Moore's Swamp Thing and although I didn't immediately love the art it's gotten significantly better and it's sometimes absolutely stunning. There's an issue in the second collection involving the afterlife which is a total feast for the eyes. ...and the writing's okay too I guess.

The problem with that drawing is that the upper half of the picture has the character's body angled to highlight her boobs (obviously) but then the bottom half continues as if it was a normal 3/4 view. It makes her look like she has a tiny head.

No matter how you look at it, it's terrible posing and composition. There's better ways to stage that even if you want some boobs to dominate the image.

She also has boobs that appear to be about two inches tall where they connect to her torso, and then extend outward so far that they fold over and fill in her top. Her nipples are pointed straight down, or possibly even pointing back at herself.

I'm not sure they're being entirely flattering. Last image I'll post of this though because honestly the art itself doesn't seem to be that bad, unless they're all tracing jobs. (But I don't have that critical an eye). Except for the american anime stuff they're publishing looks horrible to me but I dunno, I guess it's a style they're going after. Imagine being a comics artist and this is where you end up... gotta pay the bills somehow I guess. But I'm still laughing anyway.

Kind of late to put in my two cents, but while these ones you posted are awesome, the other stuff in the thread looks pretty bad to me, especially the coloring -- looks like poorly-blended colored pencil work. Don't get me wrong, I like looser artists for sure and I'm not much of a fan of house style/realism attempt comic art, I'd much rather see artists like Sienkiewicz and Egon Schiele (not comics I know, duh). It's just kind of strange when you see art like what you posted and the awesome Vampire Hunter D cover, then see the other work posted which (to me, in my subjective opinion, of course) looks like another less-skilled artist's work. Almost like when Liefeld posted his portrait of George Floyd, I was like "uh, wait a minute here...." TLDR: I agree with BiggerBoat As an aside, and I hope I'm not breaking the rules of the thread too much by posting non-comic art, but some of Amano's better work reminds me of an artist I really love, Akiya Kageichi. Also an acquired taste though, I know. Very busy stuff but I digs it
