It’s definitely a thing, I think it’s mainly jokey but people with kids have to watch this kind of stuff an awful lot and the bad stuff will definitely grind for sure. I’ve never heard a single positive thing about the show (I’m sure lots of people think it’s a wonderful show, but that’s not the parts of the internet I tend to see).
