Trees on structures are pretty common, although if this thing ever does get built, the trees won't be as tall or have as much foliage as shown in the concept art.

it's just greenwashing. a lot of ornamental plants are introduced, by planting native species in office parks companies can pretend they are "contributing to biodiversity" or "saving the Monarch butterfly." Meanwhile down the road they plow up a forest to build a warehouse.
