he's a good 3rd liner. he has a tendency to take very dumb penalties, because I think he might be a very dumb person. he has another great that he hits in the playoffs when the refs trend to put their whistles away. the flames will absolutely regret trading him.

Bennett was pretty much mismanaged by the Flames every year after his rookie year... that said he's a good 3rd liner who's haunted by his draft slot. Edit: The fact that Lucic hasn't been healthy scratched ahead of him just shows it.

In speaking about Bennett, what happened to Dal Colle? He was a good scorer in the OHL, and that seems to have instantly vanished when he got to the AHL. I am just happy the Leafs got Nylander in that draft, because there were a few landmines.
