it gets exponentially funnier every time WWE wrestlers sign another contract. In two years WWE will install tracking microchips in all their talent, pay them in company scrip and force them to live in tents outside the Performance Center and they'll still sign another five year deal

i've heard that when a new wrestler signs with the WWE, they get a pug puppy as a free bonus. but 3 months later, the WWE asks the new wrestlers to kill their pug puppy to prove their loyalty. and so far, everyone has killed the pug puppy when asked.

They legitimately claim Asuka, Finn Balor, and Sami Zayn as WWE Performance Centre success stories.

Also, they claim Bo Dallas as a success story, (hehe), and show that he spent close to 6 years there (Oct. 08 - May. 16)

Edit: I looked further down and they have testimonials. Finns says "Yeah I have been trained and worked elsewhere for 14 years, but the WWE trained me good and right. YAY WWE!"

I hope he is getting paid a lot of money for that.

Taya Valkyrie is reporting to the performance center and will be on NXT.

She is clearly awful. At 37 years old.

She needs the training.

You joke, but doesn't WWE literally have a real estate agent they work with who puts people in homes that they can juuuuuuuuuust afford on their WWE downside to entice them to stay?

About that...

quote:

“They are above that,” Meltzer said when asked if top stars in NXT are making in the $50-75 grand a year range. “They are not getting $250-300K or anything like that. Balor I’m sure is but I don’t think anyone else is.”

The list of wrestlers who got tangibly better when they reached WWE is almost universally women and even then some got worse. Sasha Banks improved a lot but was still really young (despite a few years on the indies), debatable Becky Lynch too but only because she retired real loving young and was seen as a "what might have been" before coming back. Charlotte is the clearest case as she got good very fast and probably should've won Most Improved that one year but she stagnated and then regressed hard.

Apart from that everyones gotten worse. Billie Kay was an actual worker on the indies.
