yes, but I also feel super confident I've seen the whole map already. I'm glad this game has some more fight to it then.

NoneMoreNegative posted:Oh nice, Stubbs the Zombie is getting a re-release (but not a remaster it seems) mid-March. I hope they manage to figure the licensing for the soundtrack as it was suitably weird and the game would be less without it. This is out today on Xbox, PSstore and Switch, $20USD. Someone hasn't pressed the right button on Steam as of this moment, you can buy the OST and the Artbook, but not the actual game

the best thing in subnautica is how good it is at scaring you with perceived threats, even though you’re not regularly in that much peril. i maybe died like 5 or 6 times in the whole playthrough and i am Not Good at games

stubbs is the only halo engine license that ever happened. microsoft was not interested in licensing as a business, it was given to the departing employees as a going-away present the game's definitely janky and weird, I'm not sure how it will play today since most of what you do is awkwardly shoving around zombies to try to get them to fight for you. you're a zombie who pops up in a starry-eyed future-as-of-the-50s techno-utopia so it's got that weird style clash/tonal dissonance thing going on still gonna get it and still listen to the soundtrack haveblue fucked around with this message at 19:33 on Mar 16, 2021 |

the wikipedia page for that song is hilarious quote:"I'm at a loss to explain that video," said Cain. "I will never live down those air keyboards. No matter what else I've done in my career, sooner or later people find a way to ask me about the 'Separate Ways' video."[13]

There's a lot of nice and skilled people developing games for the Commodore 64 home microcomputer system that I "follow" and it seems like they're all very good at programming and art and music but... none of the games seem good at all

I remember getting Vice running on my modded Microsoft Xbox home computer system and thinking it was way cool, because obviously the Xbox controllers are like 40 000 times better than any joystick of the time.
