they got rid of half their sandwiches and made the remaining ones uncustomizable "Favorites". there's a build your own section with only plain deli meats/tuna salad, etc. on it. can't customize a grinder or buffalo chicken sandwich any more, lots of poo poo is just plain gone too https://twitter.com/whichwich/status/1382425801346277379?s=20 i think this is the most thoroughly infuriating change i've ever seen a restaurant make
