There's literally a check box for about a dozen different things. I feel like even if you check it or not, it doesn't really effect your odds. They also never require any documentation that you have any of those conditions. I'm technically not obese, but I checked the drat box anyway. Maybe I just look really fat :(

I think just about anyone can tell the differences between the German language and the American language, thank you.

I'm no expert but in my experience schnitzel is pounded flat to some degree and the coating is thinner, or fewer layers maybe, than southern fried chicken

Fried chicken sure, but "chicken fried" usually refers to something else like chicken fried steak or porkchops or whatever. Which are usually done with tenderized meat. German/Austrian schnitzel tends to use more finely processed breadcrumbs and American chicken fried whatever will usually incorporate some buttermilk and cayenne, but they're very similar dishes and variations can be interchangeable.

Man, the last few restaurant posts have had post-covid prices. I ordered a cajun chicken sandwich, some onion rings and a pop from my favorite diner not too long ago and it was $16! Granted it was an American sized portion of food, but jeezus christ!

That's a meat cuber, and yeah, it's how most chicken fried steak cuts are "tenderized."

Texas had a ton of German settlers so Schnitzel isn't that big a stretch.
