If electric takes over all that's going to happen is the cheap poo poo nobody cares about (i.e. all the millions of CUVs) are going to stay cheap and the stuff that's already expensive (Miatas etc) are going to shoot even more vertically upward in value. Internal combustion is jumping right into "vinyl sounds better maaaaan" mixed in with the aesthetic idolization of cassette tape.

Yeah it's pretty bad how much of a C5s interior would look right at home in my 1994 cavalier, was a big problem for GM that I'm not sure they ever solved since I haven't actually ridden in a newer one any time recently

Wouldn't be embarrassed to give somebody a ride in either.

Maybe Fish and Wildlife or Interior or something else outdoorsy. It undoubtedly had a hard life and was thrashed to death. Something major failed and it was cheaper to dump it than fix it.

Bonus points for putting on a FD style front bumper. Rotary engine Rob Dahm style is optional.
