Star Wars is just loving irrdeemably awful now and not even worth saving. Zack Snyder would be capable of making a good Star Wars that buries the Force forever and ends the seemingly interminable Jedi/Sith BS cycle, but he would never be allowed and I wouldn’t wish the experience of doing it on him; he seems like a good dude.
