I played a game of Stellaris recently where I was an empire of religious zealot space-birds. Found Earth and started abducting and probing the poo poo out of those heathens, but they fought back so I changed course and started infiltrating Earth society, eventually turning public opinion in our favor and leading to Earth joining our glorious empire.
