I’m the idiot. I got one of those Mio energy water things to try out. I saw that it said “60mg of caffeine” and thought it might be good for a little pick me up. I squeezed out the entire bottle. That’s 60mg of caffeine PER SERVING. There are 18 servings in the entire bottle, or over 1000mg of caffeine. Didn’t notice until I had downed about a quarter of the water.
