does anyone remember when the clifford cartoon introduced a three legged dog, and the other dogs at first didn't want to play with him because he was different. i don't remember clifford once going "uh, wait what about me, im a giant red dog." at that point for the world of clifford and the audiences watching him being a big red dog was too normalized.
