Sometimes in Google image search, if you don't save or open the full image in it's own tab, and instead just right click, copy from the images, then paste into your Photoshop, you'll get that weird effect. It can be easy to miss if you aren't paying attention.

don't take this as gospel but i read that ticketmaster have started re-selling tickets that have already been sold at a higher price than they initially went for. if somebody buys one of those tickets at the higher price, they cancel the original. it's supposedly happening in a limited capacity to try and mitigate the backlash
