my truley geriatric old mother keeps sending me job postings she thinks i'd be interested in. a lot of them are for internship positions. drat lady i'm approaching 40, i have fractured vertebrae from lifting a bag of kitty litter, and i've been doing this professionally for 15 years, i'm not a spring chicken any more.

yeah treatments/medicine/topicals/rehab/etc will definitely vary wildly in effectiveness for different people rehab made my poo poo worse, not better, but it's definitely helped people i know a lot. seriously thinking about taking a year off after i decide i'm done with my current job to try to rehab my broken hosed up body ie give it time to heal then do rehab. anyhow voltaren is great, takes the edge off my rsi pain and doesn't hurt my guts like oral nsaids graph posted:poo poo is magic thank you again i actually meant "welcome to the hosed up broken old body club" but also you're welcome, i'm glad it helped!

Weird thing is that I have friends who swear by it; I had some success with some glucosamine mixed with vitamin D so thought I'd try it but can't tell if it does anything because level of pain is the same.. I suspect it depends on particular body chemistry
