i meant to say kidney. i haven’t had a liver function test recently. although i had a ct a couple of years ago for a cancer scare and i figure if anything looked too weird they’d have said something then the medical tests are required for immigration so you aren’t a burden on the public health care system.

Since I stopped eating meat and almost cut out dairy and eggs, I need to take iron and B12 supplements. I live at 59° North and there's barely any sunlight Oct-Mar, so I take D-vitamins that time of year too.

im a type 2 and definitely need insulin. I had already had 40 units that day by the time I took that reading that was the highest reading of my life. its poo poo lol. if I eat nothing for a day.. my sugars are high. diabetes bites man
