So i actually just caught up with all the poo poo that was going on shortly before his death. I don't want anybody to think i consider a serial abuser as a "selfless person" for committing suicide. I just have kind of a close relationship with suicide and my knee jerk reaction is empathy. I'm sorry if i offended anyone. Anyway I am donating to the kid fund, i can't imagine how traumatic this entire process must have been for them.

SA changed my life to being a better person, but the piece of poo poo lowtax that didn't even care to take care of his daughters deserves no praise from anyone, he was a horrible person until the very end. I am so sorry that you and your daughter had to go through this and will be going through this forever, you are stronger now and life will clear out in its due time.

Lowtax was a bad human being, the forums were a really sad toxic environment for years and years and years. Lots of sad 30 and 40-somethings in this thread trying to clothe nostalgia for their youth in thoughts and prayers for the children. Yes everything you enjoyed when you were 17-23 seems better now that you're 33-42. But it wasn't actually that awesome. Lowtax wasn't actually that great. And again, making jokes about his death is exactly how he should be commemorated. We made so many jokes about so many dead people with kids back in 2001-9, before the new GBS came down.

So if you start waking up with nausea take the tolerance break. On the flipside I at least knew about CHS so when it did move to the H phase I was able to avoid the hospital because I was able to use hot showers to stabilize. But that was the worst 12 hours ever (Capsaicin cream is a miracle treatment for this, although I am now 2 weeks into my tolerance break and looking so forward to next Wednesday)
