Go if you want and then decide if it's a scam or not. It's kinda like lead generation for the realtors and the assorted middlemen so you'll be plugged into their network but buying a house takes a while so you gotta be patient to get scammed all the way through. Just let your wife handle it.

I mean they’ll probably want to sell you something but it’s something you actually want to buy rn. Worst case scenario you now know a bunch of realtors which I understand is good if you are trying to buy a house

You know it's legit because they didn't waste any time with graphic design, they just put together that flyer as quickly as possible to make sure they get the word out to as many people as possible.
