There is only 27 reviews but I don't think I have seen many games even get that high on that amount. IGN gave it a 10 which is a first since TLOU2 in 2020.

I'm seeing that the switch port is buggy and the Luigi's Mansion mode is inspired but ultimately detracts from the ambiance. Also the amiibo support is confusing at best.

My plan is to buy on PC, suffering through poor performance until it unlocks on consoles, and then buy on PS5 and start over so I can play the souls game on a console as god intended.

I guess you can't wait for the pc day 1 patch to review the game for pc with how long this game is suppose to be. It's crazy how everyone is saying there is so much poo poo to do in this game and I am guessing reviewers probably didn't find secret areas or all side quests endings.

I've been playing Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, a technical disaster even today, for 15 years now. Gimme that terrible performance Miyazaki. He said the sense of wonder/exploration is like playing Skyrim for the first time but with the Fromsoft flavor. He also hinted that it has something similar to Bloodborne, not sure if he meant a tone shift or what. So far the only negatives that I have heard are some repetitive side dungeons, pc performance(without day 1patch).

Everyone complained about the Chalice Dungeons in Bloodbourne but (mostly) Ioved 'em. So the repetitiveness probably won't bother me. Love a dungeon crawl. Can't wait to go under the earth for battle and treasure.

I torn on if I should get the PC version or the ps5 version. Seems like the ps5 version would be the better "now" choice, but I must say that I do love to dabble in mods to make games i've already played feel fresh further down the line.
