Olympic Mathlete posted:Beefy! I had a friend talk about how they wanted to make some DnD dice sets so was playing around with resin. I asked him if he could make gearknobs and he said he'd give it a go. Ideally I'd love a big DnD dice one but he wanted to give moulding a shot. I supplied him with fuckloads of pro grade glitter and he knocked me up a copy of one of his drift knobs. I just need to trim it to the size I want and epoxy an insert in the butt, maybe give it a polish and then a few coats of clear to keep it sweet. Anyway, custom knobs are cool and good, your ladyfriend is rad. Might be a long shot, but if you want a custom shifter as a d20, you might hit up shima, he has been a TFR regular for years and started making kick rear end dice about a year ago. He just got married yesterday and is a cool dude, he might be able to whip up something custom for you. Here is his esty page. https://www.etsy.com/shop/UnnaturalOne

I had one made pretty cheaply from an online shop that specializes in them (“Relax -I’m not a cop” for my Crown Vic) but it’s literally vinyl cut letters. Now that I have a cutter I can do it myself. It’s at least a metal frame, and it’s lasted several years so far. It was a good value when I didn’t have a vinyl cutter. I kind of have to redo it now - my reversing camera covers up the middle of the “relax” at the top of the frame.
