Athena has always been a pretty boring and wooden promo, but she's insane in the ring. So maybe you just don't have that person rely on cutting bad promos and just let them shine in the ring, who knows!

Athena was and is very fun to watch in the ring. She was also a surprisingly bad promo (this might have changed) considering her two gimmicks were Goddess of War and Vampire Werewolf Or Something Who Knows. I would expect someone with those gimmicks to have a really bombastic persona on the mic. She didn't, but she still did sick poo poo in the ring so whatever just don't have her cut promos or have her work on them.
