Oh my bad, I accidentally switched two words and somehow missed the entire second sentence, very good. I'd also like to know if what you're asking for is possible, but it kind of doesn't feel like you can know for sure? Like if you imagine sealing in smoke instead of clear air and trying to do that, it's hard not to imagine particles remaining.
