If you can't watch, Eccleston says he "recorded" something for the 60th, and the main reason he did it was to work with David Warner. Which is a double "whoa" from me. edit: Oh, I just realized it's Big Finish. I'm dumb. Still cool, but I was thinking it was for the show. Never mind.

There's an annoying tendency among fanboys (whether regular ones or elevated ones, like most of the revival's showrunners are) not just to explain everything, but to over-explain everything. That's how you end up with Wookieepedia having entries on what every single button on Darth Vader's suit does, or the Timeless Child actually being a concept that makes it to air.
