Given a choice between defense and attack, I'm more likely to pick defense since I am not good at avoiding damage in games. I went through all of Bowser's Inside Story only leveling up Luigi's and Mario's mustache stat. The only regret I have with that game is that I didn't realize that if you pick the same stat each time, the game will lower the amount you get if you continue picking that stat, so I don't know if I would have had more stache by occasionally popping a level in another stat or not.

There’s a game called Tactical Nexus that’s very much about this question. Your decision to pick up a +1 Def item on floor 1 could be the deciding factor to whether you can beat floor 10.

The ladder picture makes me hope that there are good object collision physics. It was disappointing to see the WWE games have wrestlers just slide to the side when they're close to something.

When is NetherRealms going to finally announce Injustice 3? Or are they no longer working on that series? its been awhile since Mortal Kombat XI came out and NR stopped supporting it, so I would have thought they would announce their next game already.

Car Stealth! Car Platforming! Car Combat! I don't remember if there were any Car Detective bits but it wouldn't surprise me. I remember a section where you had to fight about 1000 enemy cars and it felt like it took a half hour. I really didn't care for that game.

Soloing bosses is usually not canon though In main story trials all the time the npcs vaguely allude to forming parties or grabbing like-minded adventurers. Hell, when you get to the very first bossfight in the ARR story (Ifrit) and you're stuck in a cave with nothing but the bossroom entrance there's even an NPC right there who is like "hey i found a secret path out you should go form a party to frag this boss and then come back" RPATDO_LAMD fucked around with this message at 21:47 on Aug 2, 2022 |

Always go for Attack over Defense. If you deal more damage, the boss will die faster and thus hit you less, it's just pure math.
