i just use keepass and dropbox. at some point i'll have to replace dropbox with a different solution, but it's been very needs-suiting.

Twitter blue and verification arent new services, so they should have all that compliance documentation already. However, it wouldn't be the least bit surprising if they built brand new systems to process the payment and verification data rendering that documentation void.
