Goddammit Twitch seems to have broken Streamlink among other things withing the past hour, it's pretty much the only way I can watch anything on Twitch on my crappy slow laptop  I mean I guess I could also hook my Switch to a capture card hooked into OBS's preview screen, but that's ridiculous and not something I wanna do long-term. Also now that I think of it I think the Twitch app on the Switch has an anti-capture feature. Welp, looks like I'm bound to my phone! Thanks Twitch!

So I'm sat live in the stream room and they've only just started setting up the sonic adventures DX run, could they not have done it while the last (remote) run was happening? We have twelve hours of schedule drift at this point

And it's not like I've kept notes but it feels like that's below average compared to previous events. I don't know why they waited to set up for Sonic Adventures though. If anyone's using streamlink and has found out that Twitch changed their API, causing breakage, here's an issue for tracking updates and one of these, possibly the alternative player and/or a proxy solution, might work in the meantime.
