Lol I love whenever one of these psychopaths that have the secret arcane knowledge of how to do whatever gets unseated by someone who isn't insane. With the ENB guy and the Open Cities person both taken down not sure who's left to compete for the cracy crown at least among the ranks of people who make very popular mods. Maybe the Sim Settlements team will turn out to be some kind of Jonestown situation or something

I'll grant you there are a shitload of horrible overdone "Photorealistic" presets for every game under the sun which look like arse, but it can be a nice tool sometimes. I remember using it for Dragon's Dogma to deband the sky, for example.

Yeah I use reshade on FFXIV to just make the colors pop a little more, I like it. The community also had its own insane modder drama a few months back, there was an XIV specific reshade split called Gshade and the developer went bugfuck nuts and so everyone just migrated right back to reshade lmao
