are you finding individual videos that are three years old or just saying that the state in which the videos are present has persisted for three years?

because I think youtube will eventually take stuff down if it gets reported enough they just can't possibly monitor all the videos on youtube

turns out win+c is the shortcut to open windows copilot. the only way to disable copilot without loving with the registry is via gpo, and copilot ignores the gpo setting.

I'm on vacation and needed to just briefly use our corp remote desktop from my personal laptop. Normally you'd just use the password and get the MFA code but now with some Azure poo poo MS wants to take over my laptop just to launch Citrix. What the fuuuuck

we monitor many frequencies. we listen always. came a voice, out of the babel of tongues, speaking to us. it played us a mighty dub.
who was it that decided that it was ever, under any circumstances, appropriate to pop up a new primary tab on launch to inform me of news/promotions in edge?

what human being has ever thought: hmm, yes, i'd like to engage more with my web browser, if only there were some way it could force itself to my attention to inform me of things like my year in memorial using this web browser.

what the gently caress is wrong with these people's brains?

yeah they absolutely knew and this is one of the classic social media manager acting innocent and everyone knowing and looking at the metrics instead. usually people respond by not engaging though

xp was the beginning of the end but windows 2000 was pretty no-nonsense as far as an os goes. the 9x line was always more consumer focused and had a lot of "value-add" bullshit tacked on over the years.

of course microsft has been erasing the distinctions between their os releases for more than a decade now. "pro" isn't a professional product anymore, you need to get pro then subscribe to an e5 sub for workstation. which still has all the cloud experience bullshit, but you're at least allowed to turn it off.
