buddy does cool poo poo and is very crisp in-ring but has never had a character for me to connect with, he's just a guy in a stable with an ill-fitting name. id like to watch him have cool singles matches but i don't think i'd much care if he left either

having "Buddy" be your name really takes away like half your aura, as does having a dumb little war-kilt thing (see also: Stu Dos.) He's done every possible thing to make himself less appealing despite being an incredible pro wrestler and being the 4th coolest member of the spookhaus doesn't help either. Feels like guys such as Tony Nese and Josh Woods suffer the exact same problem of being absolutely yoked to poo poo and mega-capable but they have boring personas.

There is a lot of value in someone who wrestles like Kenny but has the sort of natural charisma that makes you want to see them lose and when they win you go "ugh really?". Legitimately the perfect dude for feeding to others in a build.
