It would be awesome if we could dance!
You're correct that those are the only mods for quality. You should consider doing AS + qual instead of crit chance + qual, I believe that generally works out to more damage.

I agree with Dante, that the hottest places in hell are reserved for those who in a period of moral crisis maintain their neutrality.
AS/Qual can't be put on a weapon that already has AS, so assuming you end up with the exact same mods but rare after regal/annul then your mod list is correct, assuming you're using brutality. If you aren't then phys as extra chaos is likely more damage than vagan.

Aww, RIP. Those are lethal, yeah. Map mods combining into the Incurions can create some harsh encounters.

I levelled an ED character next to my Cleave Glad, on HC-SSF. Kitava went smooth again, quite comfortable with it now.
ED levelling was a blast and I don't recall any real close calls. Really solid.
Having found a Gull earlier was amazing; that helm is ridiculous while levelling, and after.

Going to push the character a bit, in between trying to reach 90 on the Glad and levelling a yet-to-be-decided Marauder who is now 39.
My map pool is finally starting to open up a bit, after being stuck on T6. At least I got a bunch of T7-T9 now.

Are my only options for applying quality either Attack speed + quality, Crit Strike Chance + quality, or Accuracy + quality? I'm not gonna do a stat + quality.

If the answer to the above question is in-fact true I guess the weapon will have the following if I do it correctly:
Prefix:
Fortify + Phys %
Flat Phys
Hits Can't be Evaded

Suffix:
Multiple Crafted Mods
Attack Speed %
Critical Strike Chance + Quality

Am I correct in my thinking?

Hits can't be evaded isn't nearly as strong as it used to be since you can cap hit chance at 100 now

i had one a few days ago where they invited me, i travelled to their hideout but ended up in an enlightened hideout while they were in an immaculate one. i try a few times, leave the party, then send a whisper saying soprry every time i tried to get to their hideout i was ending up in the wrong one and i wasn't sure why. he got really pissy, invited me again, and it happened again. all of a sudden though this time he shows up to this hideout - which was completely blank with no masters or anything - does the trade then says he's really angry with me wasting his time and that i'm a bad player or something like that.
i still have no idea what happened but if anything he was the one wasting his time selling a unique for a chrome.

Also, i haven't invested any passive skills or gear in accuracy, I just have a sword with +40% global implicit.

Pretty much exclusively through the magic of precision, i have 98% hit rate, which is good enough imo.

I've been using concentrated effect on my cyclone ranger and... the aoe doesn't feel much worse somehow? It's a noticable decrease, but non-magic packs still just die in a single pass. Is that herald of ice doing the heavy lifting?

The herald explosions add some range but not that much. In my experience the aoe loss hurts (I don't run conc but the map mod is similar) but it's workable. I really like having a huge cyclone for legions though.

I made a mistake, Close Combat on your Leap Slam is mostly worthless actually. The gem works by boosting the damage of the supported skill against closer enemies (like point blank) then boosts the attack speed of any non-supported travel skill. So it boosts your dps while making your next leap slam(or whatever) faster. If you put it on Leap Slam like it is, you get more damage from the slam and then your cyclone is faster for the very first hit which is like, no boost at all.

Apropos of nothing except you mentioned cyclone, but I really like that all the new gems give us options for melee skills that aren't just "5 damage skills and 1 utility skill", but we can use Fortify or Pulverize for defense/aoe without giving up too much damage

Yes, try shaping your atlas so you have no T4/T5 except for Strand, shape up Peninsula so it's T10, and just spam Strands for the most legions/hr you can get.

Open layout, tons of rare legions, easy to unfreeze everything.

Strand is a T4 map, so what does shaping Jungle Valley and having no completed T5s do for you? Does that mean what would've been T5 drops get turned into Strand or something?

Should be peninsula, but yes, the idea is that if you shape up the adjacent T5 that would naturally drop (Peninsula), then any T5s that would have dropped automatically get converted to T4s. Since you have no T4s except for Strand, almost all your map drops will be Strand. This will force you to sustain Strand maps.

Strand is especially nice because it's extremely short and impossible to miss the monolith marker, and you can finish it in <2min if you speed through. This would also work with Glacier, Burial Chambers, or any other low level map where you can force sustain on the map. The idea is to maximize Legions/hr and do it on a low tier map because then you'll have no trouble sustaining.

You're breaking my balls here
I know it's been two leagues, but I still have to praise how well done Delve is. In my opinion, there have always been two styles of dungeon diving ARPG item grinding games: Diablo 1 "infinite dungeon" types, such as Torchlight, Diablo 1, etc...and "world crawling" games like Diablo 2, Path of Exile, Titan Quest, etc.

Path of Exile was always the world crawling sort of game, until Delve added an infinite dungeon to crawl. Now it has both styles of play, and it did so in such a content rich (amount of biomes) way. This is all ignoring the unique mechanic of staying in the light, following a moving thing, which highly encourages risky exploration with what I feel is perfectly balanced itemization (things further away from the path are generally worth more).

It is just really well done.

Delve is the best and I'm still waiting for a short league that is just delve and nothing else.

The moment when you realize that yes it's an escort mission but the crawler is escorting YOU is truly special. It patiently waits for you to get your rear end out of the darkness or cheerfully accelerates to match your pace.

Also the loot pinatas effect of saving all the drops for the end is immensely satisfying. It's also the best time to grab scrolls because you're not wasting efficiency since you're still waiting for the rest of the drops to appear!

I really don't get the lovefest for Delve. It amplifies all of the repetitive parts of this genre and adds an escort quest (yes I know "you don't follow the crawler, the crawler follows you", but it sure as hell doesn't feel like it), then basically all node encounters end with an even worse version of the old untimed Elreon mission.

gently caress Delve.
