On the Grosjean love, Sky did this little piece with him either last year or the year before and he was on the radio whilst doing a lap of Silverstone in some old car and the little noises he was making were, for want of a better term, adorable. Gross John

As someone living in Melbourne yeah 5 hours 45 min until race start at the time of this post. Heading to the track in 3 hours or so, I might try and pick up a Alonso hat because it will probably be my last chance.

I got bored, so I'm predicting the 2018 schedule. Australian GP - March 25 Chinese GP - April 8 Azerbaijan GP - April 15 Russian GP - April 29 Spanish GP - May 13 Monaco GP - May 27 Canadian GP - June 10 French GP - June 24 Austrian GP - July 1 British GP - July 8 Hungarian GP - July 22 German GP - July 29 Belgian GP - August 26 Italian GP - September 2 Singapore GP - September 23 Malaysian GP - October 7 Japanese GP - October 14 United States GP - October 28 Mexican GP - November 11 Brazilian GP - November 25 Bahrain and Abu Dhabi both have their contracts up, so they're off the schedule. So are China and Singapore, but I'm keeping them to get to 20 Grands Prix.

Bahrain will go but I'd imagine Abu Dhabi will stay. It's got the whole night race thing going for it (especially relevant with Singapore having said they're not renewing their contract when it's up) and it does more hospitality than most Grand Prix. gently caress Bahrain though.

Dang. I'm going to miss Singapore and the guaranteed safety car. I'd alter my predictive schedule, but I'm too much of a slacker to do so. Just shift everything up one.
