The companies I have worked for mandated no drinking 8 to 10 hours prior to shift, and I have had 2 different employers where anyone who was thought to be under the influence was made to take a breathalyzer and sent home/suspended/fired if they could not pass (and I have seen that happen). On the one hand, it's bullshit to dictate what someone does on their free time, but on the otherhand, I'm not working anywhere near a crane operator who was doing tequila shots 2 hours before shift because he wasn't on the clock yet. I get it both ways, and I have honestly seen a guy show up to work (running high-powered industrial equipment that easily cause major injury or death to him and his co-workers) so drunk he could barely stand or keep his eyes open for the pre-shift safety meeting. EDIT: Think JeffHardy vs. Sting type situations, to keep the discussion wrestling related.

Kalisto vs Ryback is going to be great. I don't get why the op is hating on it so much. I can't even remember a bad Kalisto match, and Ryback literally carried that giants tag team match he was in. Ryback is one of the most intense guys on the current roster in the ring and he tries his rear end off. He sucks at some stuff but having entertaining matches seems to have been his thing for at least the past 6 months. The build was poo poo, creative had ideas but it seemed like they went back and forth on whether they'd explore them or not and then didn't book on the ideas for some reason, but the match should be good.
